It was one of her first paintings and to me, it looks exactly like a Meanie from Yellow Submarine, which I’m pretty sure she never saw.
Squashes seemed to inspire her.
The gorgeous goose with big orange feet perfectly captured the essence of a gooseneck squash and the elegant dragon was inspired by a zucchini.
Maybe it’s because she loved to cook.
